Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement works with citizens to resolve issues which impact the quality of life in Boise, including complaints concerning violations of Boise's Zoning, Sanitation and Nuisance Ordinances. Code Enforcement operates on a complaint-driven basis, which means that we must partner with neighbors and other concerned groups to resolve code violations. Code Enforcement's goal is to help neighbors resolve problems while dealing with these violations
